ERAS builds in the definition and installation of infrastructures necessary for completion of industrial projects for which we are responsible, into its all building trade projects.

Roads and distribution networks
We start from topographic surveys of the site, environment constraints and climatic conditions, to define the site layout, earthworks, cut, fill, earth movements, the traffic layout study, road works, drain networks, the storm pond, separators, deoilers, etc.

Industrial building
We take account of our customer's constraints and needs to define volumes, utilities, material circulation and person flows. We specify the different construction work packages (civil engineering, structures, partitions, clean rooms, HVAC, electricity, low currents, fire protection and detection, etc.) while respecting DTUs. We study reinforced concrete or steel civil engineering structures related to industrial installations, including the application of criteria defined in the BAEL, CM66, PS92 earthquake resistance rules and climatic conditions (snow and wind).
